Coming from an outstanding organic farm in Nantou county, this flower blend Oolong will surprise both tea-blend haters and lovers...because it’s...so good. Well-oxidised, flowery, flowers of Gardenia are hand-picked and added in post production. Tea made of 4 season spring and Cui Yu cultivars. Super fragrant, Gardenia makes it so satisfying. It's unroasted, yet has some earthiness, it is substantial. Our favourite tea this season!

Elevation: 400m
Gung Fu Brewing: 5g of tea per 100ml 85°C. First infusion 30sec, adding +5sec every other infusion (meaning that second brew is 35sec, third one 40sec, etc). Can be brewed up to 8 times. Adjust to taste. Try it also cold brewed!
