Coming from a goverment-owned Fu Shou Shan farm in south part of Li Shan mountain range, this outstanding Oolong has a rich profile, smooth butter soft character with freshness and minerality that is specific to high mountain climate and soil. You will have a very refreshing, complex and soothing cup of tea. Mist, clouds, environment that is so close to the sky, harvest of this years Taurus season - there is no point not to indulge this summer with a gong fu way prepared Fu Shou Shan Oolong...

Gung Fu Brewing: 5g of tea per 100ml 85°C. First infusion 30sec, adding +5sec every other infusion (meaning that second brew is 35sec, third one 40sec, etc). Can be brewed up to 10 times. Adjust to taste.
