Roasted Cui Yu Oolong

This tea is also known as Cui Yu Jade oolong tea. It has an incredible balanced and rich aroma. Flavor profile consists of nutty, hearty, baked notes, it has a smoky finish but with a fruity softness. This oolong has many occasions, with each cup you will learn more of its palette. Also, the process of roasting contributes to lowering caffeine amounts in the tea. We love Roasted Cui Yu for the winter crisp aroma that reminds of chalk evaporating in a forest air and wet rocks while tastes as comforting baked fruit that makes everything more cozy.

Gung Fu Brewing: 5g of tea per 100ml 85°C. First infusion 30sec, adding +5sec every other infusion (meaning that second brew is 35sec, third one 40sec, etc). Can be brewed up to 6-8 times. We always recommend to adjust to taste.
